We currently ship within the United States only.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During product launches, promotions, holidays, or other high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping & Delivery
Standard shipping typically takes approximately 3–7 business days after your order has been processed.
Delivery estimates are provided as a general guideline and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $30 or more.
Shipping rates for orders below the free-shipping threshold will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing your order. Baby Go Dewy is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before your order ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside of our control.
