At Baby Go Dewy, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with all seals intact where applicable.
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or tested, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please do not send products back without contacting us first.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
